Rental of motor vehicles and provision of services related to the provision of vehicles in the form of operational leasing of new passenger cars in the specification: - - Operational leasing of selected vehicle types according to the specifications below, - Services within the scope of General Business Conditions for Operational Leasing, in particular: vehicle registration, accident and compulsory insurance, havar(CCS, UTA CCS, etc.), car insurance, insurance, insurance, insurance, insurance, insurance, insurance, insurance, ), the administration of fuel pumping, the provision of a replacement MV, the vehicle security system against theftniu,

- additional services - cleaning and heating MV,

- rental period of 48 months / 1 vehicle.

The subject of the motorcycle is the upper and middle class passenger cars:

1. higher grade gasoline in number of 2

2. higher diesel class in number of 2

3. middle class sedan in the number 7 pcs

4. middle class combi in the amount of 10 pieces

The handler must meet the conditionsthe personal status referred to in - 32 par. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Article 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the law by submitting the most advanced form of electronic form of documents and subsequently the applicant in the first place in the order will be required to produce the original documents or theircertified copies, respectively. within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant who is registered in the list of economic entities is not obliged to submit documents in order to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status under - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate but not necessarily to submit only the data on the valid entry in the listof the bodies responsible for public procurement, including the registration number or identification data, on the basis of which it is possible to find it on this list. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the Act as amended, is entered in the list of economic entities within the scope of the recorded factsi. No facts recorded shall be proved in accordance with - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act. In the case of a tenderer who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of part of the personal status is requiredand all members of the group in particular, fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with -32 par. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the contract, which I shall provide.

The conditions of the economic and financial standing do not apply: a) Each tenderer may submit only one tender. The user can not be affiliated to a group of suppliers who are submitting another offer.

f) The time limit for requests for suTendering - registration for participation in the award of a contract is always the same as the deadline for submission of tenders, but we recommend that you register with the EVO as soon as possible after it has been published in the EVO system.- g) Offer security is required in the amount of EUR 20 000.

h) The actual start of fulfillment of the subject of the contract shall be concluded from the signing of the contract. The contract will be closed for a specified period of time. The rental time of each vehicle is 48 months(j) Information on point IV.2.4 of this notice: Tenders, proposals, documents and documents in this public procurement shall be submitted to the State language.
