Ensuring the operation of MAD in Ceska Lipa for a period of 10 years

The subject of this order is to ensure the performance of public services in the transport of public transport passengers in order to ensure the transport service of the town of Česk- L-pa (or its suburban areas) 10 years.

The subject of the order is to ensure the performance of public passenger transport servicespublic transport for the purpose of ensuring the transport service of the town of Česk- L-pa (eg its pre-urban areas) for a period of 10 years

The contractor pursuant to Section 77 (1) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") proves the fulfillment of professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to the filing, if another law enters into such registrationThe contracting entity shall, in accordance with Article 77 (2) of the a) the law requires the contractor to furnish proof that he is entitled to act to the extent of the subject matter of the public procurement, unless otherwise required by law.

The contracting authority requires the supplier to submit the relevant trade license or license, at least for the Traffic - personally operated by vehicles urfor the transport of more than 9 persons, including the driver or its equivalent.

The contracting entity does not require proof of economic qualification pursuant to - 78 of the ZZVZ in accordance with - 73 of the APA. 1 law on the contracting authority's profile, in full, with the exception of forms pursuant to Article 212 of the Act and theh in annex no. 6 to the law and except for the part of the attachment specifying the check-in equipment (Appendix 8 of the documentation of the opening control). This part of the supporting documentation will be provided to suppliers in accordance with Section 96 (2) of the Act after the conclusion of an agreement on the protection of confidential information, which is attached to the documentation of the Entry Management (Attachment No. 9 of the Documentation of the Entry Management)
