- a letter of application established from the form DC1, duly informed by the candidate,

- the declaration of the candidate established from the form DC2, duly informede by the candidate, - the powers of the person authorized to commit the company (statutes of the company, extract K bis and / or delegation of power given to the signatory by a person authorized to legally represent the legal person, ...),

- the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for this purpose, if the candidate is in receivership,

- a declaration on the honor to justify that heis in compliance with Articles L.5212-1 to L.5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers (to be drafted, dated, signed).
