Light transport of persons in connection with the transport of its personnel

Road transport of SNCF persons (mainly rolling staff), on the sectors of Reims and Chalons-en-Champagne between places of accommodation, railway stations, establishments or other addresses of the geographical area.

These quantities are given as an indication. SNCF does not commit to any quantity.

Applicants must enclose with their application form the following documents and information (In case of group application, each of the following items must be sent by each of the members of the group):

- justify the legal existence of the company, with the registration number in the Trade and Companies Register (or equivalent) (1 ), - - prints DC1 duly complete (1), - prints DC2 duly complete (2), - a declaration Urssaf, - a document proving the capacity andthe authorization to transport persons, according to the SNCF need described above by lot and your situation:

- for the carriers, the license of internal transport (LTI) as well as the certified copy (s) ( (s) in each of the vehicles used for performance of the services, and for each of the undertakings constituting the group, where appropriate, issued by thefet of region according to the formalities specified in articles R. 3113-2 to R. 3113-9 of the transport code. Reminder of the prohibition for LOTIs to transport a single passenger and to make journeys with origin and destination located in greater urban areas 100, 000 inhabitants or area subject to the Urban Travel Plan,

- for taxis, the parking permit Delivree according-the formalities specified in Article L. 3121-2 of the Transport Code,

- for the VTC, registration in the Register of Transport Cars with drivers in the manner set forth in Article R. 3122-1 of the Code des Transports. transport, and a copy of their business card and the badge,

- for intermediary platforms, taxi parking permits and / orregister of VTC drivers affiliated.

Lorsque candidates want to assert the capabilities of other economic operators, they must justify the capabilities of these operators and the fact that they will dispose of them for the execution of the market.The following documents and information must be enclosed with their application form (In the case of a group application, each of the documents required below must be sent by each member of the group): - a statement indicating, for each of the last three available financial years, total annual turnover and turnover for services performing the followingand market,

SNCF issues this notice on behalf of and for the coSNCF Mobilites and SNCF R-seau.

The present consultation is carried out within the framework of the negotiated procedure with call for competition, object of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets. In the context of this procedure, the negotiation is not systematic. This is an eventuality that can be implemented by the buyer depending on the level of the offers submitted.-purchase develops online consultations, electronically. The e-mail contact details of the representative authorized to bid on the present consultation must be mentioned in the application file.

Any application sent electronically must be sent to the EASI platform (see section I of the notice) by a representative. the candidate duly authorized. None Averagen sending by e-mail is not allowed.
