Provision of public services in the transport of passengers in bus transport for the period 2019 2029 - Region V (Turnovsko Semilsko)

The object of this introductory management is to ensure the performance of public services in the transport of passengers by public transport by the means of ensuring the transport service of the Liberecke region for the period 10 transport flights with assumed starting from 20.04.2019 of the day before the first terminus of the first line changes in the year 2029 at specified times in the Liberecke region

The object of this introductory management is to ensure the performance of public services in the transport of passengers by public transport for the purpose of ensuring the traffic service of the Liberec Region for a period of 10 transport years starting from 20.04.2019 to the previous day-termination of the first full-scale change of the series in 2029 at specified time in the Liberecke region

The subject of the public procurement is closely specified in the commercial conditions (Appendix No. 2 of the documentation of the introductory management)

The contractor pursuant to - 77 paragraph 1 of Act No. 134 / 2016 Sb. (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") proves the fulfillment of professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial statementfile, or other similar records, if another legal regulation requires such records.

The Client in accordance with Section 77 (2) of the Letter. (a) the law requires the supplier to furnish proof that he is entitled to engage in the scope of the subject-matter of a public contract, unless otherwise required by law.

The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to submit the relevant trade repository orLicensee, at least for trade Road transport - personally operated by vehicles designed for the carriage of more than 9 persons, including the driver or his equivalent

The Contracting Authority does not require proof of economic qualification pursuant to - 78 of the ZZVZ. of the "Quality metrics" criterion following the subcriteria that specified the below-mentioned weightings:

PK1 - Share of the overpasses inzidel - 40%,

PK2 - Vehicle units equipped with air conditioning for the passenger - 20%,

PK3 - Vehicle units equipped with information systems - 40%
