1. Scope and scope of the activities covered by this tender are:

A) Sofia, Central Sofia-Center Station, Sofia, M(with arrival time: 08:40, 19:30) - village of Yana, area "Sadinata" (with arrival time: 08:50, 19: 40 h) and vice versa; B) Sofia, Sofia Central Station - Sofia, Malo Livade area, Han Bogrov (with arrival time: 7:30) - Yana, (With arrival time: 7:40) - village of Kazichene - village of Yana, area "Sadinata" (with time of arrival:-8:30)

C) Aprilovo village - Doganovo village - Elin Pelin area - Malo livade area YBT "Han Bogrov" (with arrival time: 7:30 am, 7:30 pm) the village of Yana, the area "Sadinata" (with arrival time: 07:40, 19:40) and vice versa; D) Additional routes when carrying out the transport on request of the Assignor

1.2 The daily mileage is up to 360 km per day, 30 days a month

1.1 The participant declares in the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) information on the circumstances with regard to owned license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria orCommunity license or equivalent - If the participant is a non - resident, he can present a valid equivalent document or statement or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or another State Party to the European Economic Area a space demonstrating the entry of the participant in a relevant register of that country, in the event that the contracting authority takes advantage of the provisions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA Option

In order to prove the requirement, the participant shall submit a copy of a document proving the existence of a license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or a Community license. 67, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, when submitting the tender, the participant declares conformity with the selection and absence criteriaRemedies for removal by presenting EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall require the participant designated as a contractor to provide up-to-date documents certifying the absence of an axlethe removal from the procedure as well as the compliance with the selection criteria set. Documents are also submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.

There are no minimum requirements. WARRANTY FOR IMPLEMENTING THE CONTRACT: 1.1. The performance guarantee for the contract amounts to 3% of the estimated value of the public procurement contract excluding VAT. 1.2. Stationis provided in one of the following forms: 1.2.1. amount of money; 1.2.2. Bank guarantee; 1.2.3. insurance that ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability. 1.3. The guarantee under 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 may be provided on behalf of the Contractor on behalf of a third party guarantor. 1.4. The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself. 1.5. Where the selected contractor is an entity that is not a legal entity, any of its members may be the principal of the bank guarantee, respectively the contributor of the amount under the guarantee or the policyholder. 1.6. The conditions for the detention and release of the performance guarantee are specified in the Contract for Performance of the Public Procurement between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. GROUNDS FOR THEREMOVAL:

2.1. For the participants in the procedure, the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the PPL

2.2. Participants should not be subject to the prohibitions in Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the controlled-of them persons and their actual owners

2.3. Participants should not be subject to the prohibitions in Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of the Acquired Property. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, when submitting a tender, the participant declares no grounds for elimination by submitting EEDOP. Documents proving informationspecified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPA. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act prior to the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall require the contractor designated as a contractor to provide up-to-date documents certifying the absence of the grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the criteria set for-selection. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. The payment is made in accordance with the clauses in the draft contract. Bid estimates for the lowest cost metric include: Price Index 1 (CP1) - For 1 / one / kilometer run on routes to Sofia Capital Waste Treatment Plant - 70 pts; Price Index 2 (CP2) - For 1 / one / kilometermileage on other shipments at the request of the Contracting Authority - 30 pts Complex financial assessment = CP1 TC2. The maximum possible total score is 100 points. This procedure will be conducted in accordance with Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, under the conditions of Art. 61 of the RIPP - the evaluation of the participants' technical and price proposals will be carried out before a pre-selection is held.
