Rental of n. 26 fixed workstations for the control of traffic light violations in the municipalities of Empoli, Fucecchio, Cerreto Guidi and Vinci, including installation and maintenance. (for supply with installation) and 2, 000.00 EUR for security costs dto interference risks not subject to reduction.

Economic operators, even established in other Member States, can participate in the present tender in single or associated form, according to the provisions of art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, provided they meet the requirements prescribed by the following articles.

The provisions of articles 47and 48 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

Competitors are prohibited from participating in the tender in more than one temporary grouping or ordinary consortium of competitors or aggregation of companies adhering to the network contract (hereinafter, aggregation of network companies) .

It is forbidden for the competitor who participates in the group tender or ordinary consortium of competitors to participate in an individual form.ale.

It is forbidden for the competitor who participates in the competition to aggregate network companies to also participate individually.

The network companies not participating in the tender may submit an offer, for the same tender, individually or in association.

I consortia referred to in Article 45, paragraph 2, letters b) and c) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 are required to indicate, at the time of the offer, for which consortiathe consortium competes; the latter are forbidden to participate in this tender in any other form.

In case of violation, both the consortium and the consortium are excluded from the tender; in the event of non-compliance with this prohibition, article 353 of the penal code is applied.

In the case of consortia referred to in article 45, paragraph 2, letters b) and c) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the consortium members designated by theconsortium for the execution of the contract cannot, in turn, cascade, indicate another subject for execution.

According to the art. 186-bis, paragraph 6 of the R.D. 16.3.1942, n. 267, the company in a credit agreement with a business continuity can also participate in a joint venture as long as it is not an agent and as long as the other companies that are members of the RTI are not subject toan insolvency procedure.

Provisional guarantee: EUR 14 203.93. As clarified by ANAC in Resolution 465/2016, in the case of interventions that provide for a duration and continuation hypotheses (extensions, options, renewals) the calculation of the estimated value of the contract / concession must also take into account the value of the options.

— the Contracting Authority reserves the right, provided for by art. 95, paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, not to proceed with the award if no offer is suitable or suitable in relation to the object of the contract,

- it will be possible to proceed with the award even in the presence of only one bid, whilethat suitable in relation to the object of the contract and after evaluation of the convenience (art. 95, c. 12, D.Lgs. 50/2016 and congruent of the same art. 69 of the RD n. 827/1924,

- the Contracting Station reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke the lex special tender or not to proceed with the assignment of the works for reasons of public interest, in these cases the competing companiesi will not be able to claim any rights or claims, neither for the fact of having submitted an offer nor for the effect of non-reliance.
