Procurement of asphalt, for the needs of actions to promote employment, through programs of a public benefit nature

For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract is lodged by the participating economic operators (tenderers), (EUR 64 510.00)

In the case of a bid, for one or more parts of the contract, the amount of the guarantee is calculated on the estimated value, excluding VAT, of the departments / departments offered. Participants may submit bailouts either individually or as a wholefor the bidding divisions, as follows:

Section 1: Bituminous concrete for the construction of an anti-slip coating. Letter of guarantee: EUR 25 900.00

Section 2: Bituminous pre-emulsification (AE-P asphalt emulsion). Letter of guarantee: EUR 1, 500.00

Section 3: Emulsion emulsion type KE-1. Letter of guarantee: EUR 1 710.00

Section 4:-Cold mixtures of bitumen slurry seal (micro-surfacing or micro-surface layer). Letter of guarantee: EUR 21 000.00

Section 5: Colored bitumen of synthetic asphalt, with cold and photocatalytic properties. Letter of guarantee: EUR 14 400.00.

In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of allof the economic operators participating in the association.

The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the term of validity of the tender, otherwise the offer is rejected. The contracting authority may, before the end of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the participation guarantee before expiry.

The cost of the contract in questionis multiannual, with a credit of 270 000, 00 EUR for 2018 and 3 730 000 EUR for 2019. It is borne by CA: 20.7333.021 of the relevant credit, of the budget of the body.

The economic operators, involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement. The economic operators areestablished in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers maintained in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016 . In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA)-or third countries that have acceded to the SBS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers. Businesses established in Greece are required to be enrolled in-The Chamber of Industry or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Materials (applicable on a case-by-case basis to economic operators established in Greece)
