The framework agreement without a minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. It will give rise toissue of purchase orders. The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is estimated at: 600 000 EUR HT.
