This contractor deals with the maintenance and improvement of the following asphalted provincial roads:

Main Site: Nos. 35, 36, 11, 51 and 37 Provincial Roads. streets of the RU

The purpose of this contract is to implement immediate and short-term interventions to maintain, improve and repair the damage and damage to the provincial road.network, as well as immediate action to address unforeseen and urgent needs, to ensure road safety. The work envisaged to be carried out mainly concerns the immediate repair of pavement damage and the maintenance of asphalt, the execution of earthworks and pavements, the elimination of horizontal and vertical defects.repair, repair of damaged metal parapets and other road safety equipment, repair of road sewage systems (wells, rain ditches, pipes, etc.) and their cleaning, if clogged, to clear slopes,, kennels, etc.

- natural or legal persons or associations thereof, active inare classified in road-building projects and installed:

a) in a Member State of the Union.

b) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA).

c) in third countries that have signed and ratify the SDS, insofar as the contract awarding public service is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on Union Appendix I theretoAgreement, as well as

(d) third countries, which do not fall under subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures,

- an economic operator participates either individually or as a member, - associations of economic operators shall participate under the terms of Article 19 (2), (3) and (4) and (1) (e).3 (b) of Article 76 of Law 4412 / 2016.

These associations are not required to submit a specific legal form for bidding. Should the association become a sponsor, its legal form must be such as to ensure the existence of a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).

a) Economic operators are required, at the time of submission of the financial offer, to have at least the economic and financial standing as defined in article 100 of Law 3669/2008, as amended by article 107 of Law 4199/2013 on 4th grade and above, in the road construction category.make the maximum permissible backlog of contracts, in accordance with the specific provisions of article 20 par. 4 of Law 3669/2008, as applicable. economic and financial adequacy, as specified above and in particular, as set forth in par.8c, 8d and 8e of article 100 of Law 3669/2018, as amended by article 107 of Law 4199 / 2013.
