The present contract relates to the maintenance and improvement of the following asphalted provincial roads: 4th Provincial Road, section: junction to Balti junction with 50th street: Pentalofos Strogylovouni Pigadia (38th District), Vallostrato road, section: Gouria Bridge - Pentalofos and 50th Ave. section: 2.5 kilometers after Pigadia (Manina V.(mainland). Nos. 4, 38 and 50 Provincial Roads of RW Etitania.

Its purpose is to remove the hazards of UOs to ensure road safety. The work envisaged to be carried out is mainly related to:

Cleaning and drilling of rainwater ditches and / or their covering with concrete, restoration andconstruction of new asphalt roads, restoration of sections of asphalt mills by asphalt milling, construction of a leveled asphalt road, safety barriers, plaques and markings. are installed in:

a. in stateMember of the Union

b. in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA)

c. to third countries that have signed and ratified the GPA, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the general notes on Union Appendix I to that Agreement, as well as

d. third countries which do not fall under subparagraph (c) of this paragraphand have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures.

- An economic operator shall participate either individually or as a member of an association; 19 and par. 1 (e) and 3 (b) of article 76 of Law 4412 / 2016.
