Main Site: Supply of luminaire and delivery on site to be indicated by the Service.

1) Supply of type I luminaire, LED street lighting technology, etc.suitable for aerial mounting pcs. 300 - Unit Price: EUR 530.00 - Cost: EUR 159 000.00

2) Supply of Type II luminaires, LED technology, suitable for aerial mounting. 400 - unit price: EUR 430.00 - expenditure: EUR 172 000.00

Total expenditure excl. VAT: EUR 331 000.00, VAT 24%: EUR 79 440.00 - group total: EUR 410 440.00.

Suitability for professional training

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept by Mror meet any other requirement is set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or third parties countries that have joined the SDS or in third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements withagreements with the Union on public procurement procedures are required to be registered in their respective professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE must be registered with the Craftsman or Chamber of Commerce or Industry (Manufacturer`s Register)., where applicable, for those established in GREECE

1) Natural or legal persons have the right to participate in the process of conclusion of this Convention and, in the case of associations of economic operators, their members established in:

a) State - Member of the Union

b) State - Member of the European Economic Area (EEA)

c) third countries, which have signed and ratified the GPA, to the extent that the contract to which the contract is awardedis covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on Appendix I to this Agreement, as well as

(d) third countries not covered by subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures

2) associations of economic operators, includingtemporary partnerships do not need to have a specific legal form for bidding.
