Purchasing LED lighting for renovation of road lighting infrastructure in accordance with the conditions set out in public procurement documents.

Purchasing LED lighting for renovation of road lighting infrastructure according to the conditions set out in public procurement documents.

1) Provider's last, public procurement startthe net profit of the financial year (mueu revenue) must be at least 150 000 EUR. Counselors can sum up the respective showers. The Tenderer shall submit the amount of the last net profit (mueu revenue) of the financial year ending at the time of the procurement. At the request of the contracting authority, the Tenderer shall submit the latest winning documents or other documents of the last annual report that expired at the beginning of the procurement;which support the size of the net receipts of the financial year of the tenderer (in the case of a legal entity registered in Estonia, does not apply if the data or documents are publicly available to the contracting authority from the database). The contracting authority recommends that these documents be submitted together with the tender if it is not open to the contracting authority publicly from the air register, in order to speed up the procurement procedure. If the provider wishesb to support compliance with the claims in the economic and financial condition on the basis of the funds of the second entrepreneur, the tenderer shall provide information on the person relying on the procurement passport. The other undertaking, whose net assets were relied on, is jointly and severally liable with the tenderer for the renewal of the part of the contract on which it relies. If the bidder wants to support his / her compliance with the neton the basis of the funds of other operators, the tenderer must also provide the procurement passport to the person whose funds he relies on. At the request of the contracting authority, the tenderer shall submit a resignation from the second operator in Form I of Form HD I, in which the other undertaking shall: (a) in the amount of net receipts it allows the tenderer to rely on its net assets; (b) confirms that it will provide the tenderer with the necessary financial backing if necessarymeans; and (c) confirms that it is jointly and severally liable with the tenderer for the renewal of the part of the contract on which it relies. The contracting authority recommends that this document be submitted together with the tender in order to speed up the procurement procedure and that if the annual report of the other person is not publicly available to the contracting authority, the contracting authority recommends that the report be submitted.eljavote or other documents that support the size of the net assets of another person already with the offer.
