front-end and scarifier autogreder, in financial leasing, including financial leasing services, -(1) Autogreder, as described in the technical documentation, including: - Financial leasing services for 24 hours a day. months,

- Compulsory insurance (MTPL) insurance for 24 months,

- Optional insurance services (CASCO) for 24 months,

- Maintenance services (periodic technical revisions) for 72 months, up to a maximum of 4 000 hours of operation.

The participation guarantee. The amount of the participation guarantee is € 2, 870.00

The equivalent for a participation guarantee deposited in another currency will be made at the NBR exchange rate from the date of publication of the notice of participation. The period of validity of the participation guarantee is-at least 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders.

How to set up the participation guarantee. The guarantee of participation will be constituted in accordance with the provisions of art. 36 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016, by bank transfer or by a guarantee instrument issued under the law of a bank or insurance company in the form presented on the formIf the tenderer opts for the guarantee of participation by bank transfer, he will transfer the value of the guarantee to one of the accounts of the SUCEAVA Forestry Directorate within the National Forestry Company - Romsilva (R1590120, J40 / 450 / 1991, respectively in the account of the Suceava Forestry Directorate, at BRD Suceava, code IBANRO41BRDE340SV10287103400.-the participation guarantee will be scanned and posted on the SEAP, in a separate file called the "Participation Guarantee" together with the qualification documents and the technical offer, up to the deadline for the submission of tenders.

How to refund the guarantee of participation.
