The contracting authority intends to modernize a section of the county road DJ 401, between km 6 520 (Bucharest Ring Road) - km 19 000 (Giurgiu county limit). The county road sector that is the subject of this awarding procedure is located in the south of Bucharest, it starts from the Bucharest ring road, crosses Berceni and Vidra and ends at the border of Giurgiu County.

Main Site: The Berceni and Vidra localities in the county Ilfov.

The works to be executed within the present frameworkthe award procedures are detailed in the tender specifications attached to the awarding documentation. 1

The bidder or, as the case may be, the associated offeror, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor shall not fall within the situations set out in art. 164 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The deadline for the submission of tenders will be D.U.E. containing the nonincorporate statementadherence to the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 and subsequently, according to Note no. 1, the supporting documents shall be presented, namely: the criminal and fiscal record for the economic operator and the criminal record for each of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the economic operator and for the persons having the power of representation, control or control within it, in accordance with art. 164 par. (2) of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

Requirement no. 2

The bidder or, as the case may be, the associated offeror, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor must not fall within the situations provided by art. 165 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The deadline for the submission of tenders will be D.U.E. containing the statement of nonconformityshe in the provisions of art. 165 of Law no. 98/2016 and subsequently, according to Note no. 1, the supporting documents will be presented, namely: the certificate issued by the Public Finance Administration as well as the certificate / certificates issued by the local public authorities showing that the economic operator has no outstanding debts to the state budget or the budget / budgetwhen they are presented.

Requirement no. 3

The bidder or, as the case may be, the associated offeror, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor must not fall within the situations provided by art. 167 of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

The deadline for the submission of tenders will be D.U.E. containing the declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 167 of the Law no. 98/2016

Requirementno. 4 - The Tenderer or, as the case may be, the Associate Tenderer, the Tendering Third Party, the declared Subcontractor shall not fall within the scope of Art. 60 lit. d) and e) of Law no. 98 / 2016.

At the closing date for submission of tenders, the declaration on own responsibility regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 lit. d) and e) of Law no. 98/2016, Form no. 4.

Notes:

1) Panby the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the participating economic operators will present the DUAE attached to the awarding documentation, duly completed by each participating entity (as the case may be, tenderer, associated bidder, third party, subcontractor ) in order to provide preliminary proof of the fulfillment of the requirement• Before awarding the contract, the contracting authority will ask the tenderer ranked first, after application of the award criterion, to submit up-dated supporting documents confirming that all the qualification criteria have been met in accordance with the requirements established by the DUAE and the documentation assignment; 2) By exception from prevthe editions of Note no. 1, up to the deadline set for the submission of tenders, together with the DUAE, the participating economic operators will also present the declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 lit. d) and e) of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Requirement no. 1. The bidder's global turnover for the past three years (2015, 2016 and 2017) should be at least equal to the estimated acquisition value, ie RON 43, 263, 696.00.

Continuation of the participation guarantee:
