CPV Description:, The 1st Subproject of the Act:. Road construction works. The object of the contract is the upgrading of 2 parts of the provincial road number 3. Section A (Bypass of Armenians) has a beginning just before the road to the village of Somaata and the end just before the CTOO, while Section B has authority over the existing provincial road, about 300 m. before the crossing of the road to Ampelakia and the end of the roadThe applicant is required to submit to the competition, according to the provisions of paragraph 1 (a) of Article 72 of Law 4412 / 2016, letter of guarantee, amounting to EUR 238 710.00.

In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee(a) the date of issue of the certificate of participation, in accordance with Article 72 (4) of Law 4412/2016, as the case may be.
