a) DUME: principle and concept

Pursuant to article 38 of the Royal Decree of 18.4.2017, in accordance with article 73of the law of 16.6.2017, at the time of submission of its bid, the tenderer must complete the Single European Market Document (hereinafter).

The DUME is a declaration on official honor, serving as a priori evidence in lieu of and place certificates issued by public authorities or third parties, whereby the economic operator asserts:

1) that he is not in one of the situations, vsections 67 to 69 of the Act, which must or may lead to the exclusion of bidders; (2) that it meets the applicable selection criteria established in accordance with Article 71; provide the relevant information required by the contracting authority.

The DUME is composed of 6 parts. In the context of this contract, the tenderer will have to complete the partsII (), III (), and IV (), and VI ().

Parts I and V should therefore not be completed by the tenderer:
