Subject of the orderThere are hotel, catering and conference services for the participants of the meeting organized by the Police Headquarters on 2-5.2019 (accommodation on 2.4.2019 with board from that day, and checking out on 5.4.2019). after lunch, until 16:00 without charging for the next day). The planned number of people taking part in the meeting is 45 peoplethe speaker requires that the services of conference and catering services be held in the same building in which hotel services will be provided.

The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 3 to the Announcement

The contractor may apply for the contract, which is not subject to exclusion from the proceedings on based on art. 24 sec. 1 and 5 of the Public Procurement Law. To show no grounds for hatcheryThe Ordering Party requests submission of the following documents along with the offer:

- Statement constituting preliminary confirmation that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
