BD Tehelna - construction of flats of standard standard in number of 220 flats and technical equipment

The subject of the order is:

Main Site: Katastralne uzemie Nitra, Tehelna street, parcel no. 4753 / 1-7, 4753 / 9-10, 4754/1, 4754/2, 4756, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

a) elaboration of a simple architectural study with the proposal of urban planning solution in Sulade

- 22 of the Act No. 24/2006 Coll. on assessment of environmental impacts and upon its dissolution

b) elaboration of project documentation for the construction of dwellings leading to the elaborated project documentation-in the range (Documentation for Ground Decree, PD for Building Permit and Implementation PD) in the extent allowed for the acquisition of:

- subsidy from MDaV SR in the sense of Act no. 443/2010 Z.z. on subsidies for the development of housing and social housing in the current version of the SFRB pursuant to Act no. 150/2013 Z.z. o Statutory development fund as in current version c) engineering activities for the editing security:

- a decision on the use of the site for the location of the building, - the decision to assume the anticipated impacts of the proposed activities before deciding on their location or prior to their authorization, - - a building permit for the construction of flats of standard standard in the number of 220 dwelling units and technical equipment, water structures / water structures, as well as building permission for communes- a permit for the removal of the building / buildings located on the land on which the construction of flats of the standard standard in the number of 220 dwelling units and technical equipment (building permit) is to be carried out; d) the works to be carried out by the applicant to realize within the scope of valid buracie permits

e) the realization of the construction of 220 flat units in flatsthe whole house in the 4th floor has to be redeployed and the technical equipment.

The whole object of the bids must be prefinanced by the bidder. The payment for the subject of the order will be realized only after the approval, and the contracting authority reserves the right to require the construction of flats of standard standard in the number of 220 flat units and technical equipment in a maximum of three stages with a minimum number ofman apartment 70 b.j. in one stage. Stages can be overwritten. Additional information will be given in the tender documents. The Applicant must comply with the conditions for the person's personal status referred to in - 32 par. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Article 32 2) resp. 4) to 5) the law beforeplacing the first electronic form of documents and then the candidate in the first place in the order will be asked to submit the original documents or their certified certified copies, within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant who is registered in the list of economic subjects is not obliged to submit documents in the public procurement process to prove the fulfillment of the conditions for the personal participationon status according to - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate, but not necessarily, to submit only the data on the valid entry in the list of economic subjects kept by the Public Procurement Office with the registration number or identification data on the basis of which it is possible to enter it in this list look up. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. the publicand the amendment of laws in the wording of the later regulations is entered in the list of economic subjects within the scope of recorded facts. No facts recorded shall be proved in accordance with - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act. In the case of an Applicant whowhere a group of suppliers is involved in a public procurement, it is required to prove compliance with the conditions of participation in the personal status of all members of the group in particular, fulfillment of the conditions of participation under Article 32 (1) e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the object of the order, which I can provide. Statement of a bank or a branch of a foreign bank / bank (bank vteif the applicant has more business openings in multiple banks), the financial ability of the client to prove that he is not in an unauthorized debete, in the case of repayment of the credit, he / she is in charge of the due date and his / her current account has not been and is not subject to execution for the last 3 years until the bank / bank bank statement or, if the entrepreneur has a shorter period than 3 years, predeeming the bank / bank statement for the evaluation period from the start of the applicant's business up to the moment the bank / bank statement is prepared.

The required bank or branch bank / bank statement can not be replaced by the candidate's billing statement in the bank / bank or branches / branches concerned.

Dissatisfaction of adequacy and needs: The public contracting authority needs to make sure that the bidderis able to fulfill its financial obligations properly and in time. Statement of a bank or a branch of a foreign bank on a bank creditor in the following or similar form: ..... Name of the company, number, ID number ...... under the conditions prevailing for the granting of credits, creditor resources at a minimum of 15 000-000, - in EUR for financing the action: BD Tehelna construction of standard flats in the number of 220 flats and technical equipment, to which the City of Nitra is the contracting entity, ID: 00308307. This credit agreement is issued on the basis of client's request and, according to his declaration, the narrowest BD Tehelna suites were built in flats of standard standard in 220 flats and technical equipmentThe need to submit a bank or a foreign bank branch's decision on a bank creditor is reasonable and its need to integrate pursues the objective of securing financial flows for the realization of a work and to examine the ability of the contractor to perform the work. The amount of credit resources is an adequate amount to pre-finance the execution of the work. Uchadzač preukthe economic status of the total turnover report by the presentation of profit and loss accounts or receipts and editions compiled on the last day of the tuition period of the financial year or the web address of the portal www.registeruz.sk, in the case of interest with a link outside the SR territory, reference to the web-link of the equivalent register according to valid regulations in the target country of the recipient, -required records in that portal are stored in the public part of the register and publicly accessible to all persons. Also, if a site is interested in a site outside the SR, it is necessary to submit a translation of the requested documents into the Slovak language, except for the documents issued in the Czech language.

The Applicant has proved fulfillment of the condition if the minimum required level of the total turnover was reached 9 375 000, - EUR, exclusive of VAT, for a period not exceeding the last 3 financial years, for which the accounts may be available depending on the date of commencement or commencement of the activity.

If the applicant fails to furnish the document to the contracting authority for the purposes of proving the financial and economic status, a position to prove by submitting another document, aravatel considers it appropriate. If an applicant does not have a SID in the SR and the country in his / her shed does not issue the required documents, the contracting authority will accept another document (equivalent) that the applicant will prove to meet the required condition. If an applicant has reached the minimum required turnover level for one or two marketing years of that period, it is sufficient to provide an overview of turnover and profit and loss accounts; orreceipts and publishers for just one or two business years

(a) Each bidder may submit only one tender. The applicant can not be a member of a group of suppliers who is submitting another offer.

d) The competition is conducted electronically via the EVO portal at www.evo.gov.sk and until the identification of the potential successful candidate or applicants all documents and documents are submitted exclusively in electronic form via the EVO system.
