Rehabilitation of the water castle of Marseillan

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out work for the rehabilitation of the Marseillan reservoir. The market includes 2 lots:

Main Site:Chateau de Marseillan.

As a consequence of the restrictive nature of the number of characters that can be entered, economic operators will have to read the CCTP and the BPUF for lot 1. The precise description of the services is given in the CCTP and the BPUF for lot 1.

See Article 5 of the consultation rules common to the 2 lots.

As a consequence of the binding nature of the number of characterscan be seized, economic operators will have to read all of the market documents. These documents include information relating to the elements to be submitted by economic operators in support of their offer and comprising in particular a description of the work to be carried out and the conditions for participation in the award procedure. Scope of the Procedure: adapted open procedure. Professional qualification certificates are required for lots 1 and 2 (article 5.1 of the CR). The duration of the market for each lot is mentioned in article 2.10 of the CR. In order to allow the candidates to appreciate the environment and the characteristics of the site, but also to make a visit of the existing works, a site visit is planned. This visitand highly recommended to allow candidates to establish their offer with full knowledge of the site and the constraints of carrying out the work. Applicants who have not attended this site visit will not be able to avail themselves of it thereafter to justify complaints during execution, based on a lack of knowledge of the site or the constraints of carrying out the work.ow. This visit is common to lot 1 and lot 2. The date fixed is: Thursday 19.12.2019 (14:30). The meeting point is given at the following address: Chateau d'eau - intersection (RD161) avenue de Pomerols / chemin du Caval - 34340 Marseillan. Visitors' names will then be recorded in a register. It is specified that the visits will be made up to level N 1 (intermediate floor) ofl'ouvrage. The tanks will be in water and for safety reasons, they cannot be visited. Applicants will present themselves with their security equipment. No oral questions will be answered during this visit. All questions relating to the site or the content of the DCE must be reformulated in writing under the conditions of article 10.2 of the CR. The representAnt of the contracting entity reserves the possibility of awarding the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiating.
