Research Based Follow-up Evaluation after Changes to 'Back Quicker'

The four regional health trusts, would like to enter into a contract for services connected to a national research based follow-up evaluation of changes to the project 'Back Quicker'.

The Ministry of Health and Care Services has given the 4 regional health trusts the task of carrying out a joint research based follow-up evaluation of changes to the 'Back Quicker' scheme, from project to operation nationwide. The aim of this competition is to enter into a contract for services that cover this assignment.

The follow-up evaluation must evaluate the changes from project to operation, with an emphasis on the following main points:

— the measures'consequences for patients with,

— muscle and skeleton disorders,

— mental disorders,

— the measures' effect on sick leave,

— the content of the patient offers over time and advice on any course adjustments,

— the effect of changes in the organisation and interaction internally in the specialist health services and as regards NAV, GPs, etc,

— the effect of work-orientated measures that are integrated with treatment in the specialist health service.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Norwegian Tenderers must provide an updated company register certificate.

Foreign Tenderers must provide certificate(s) for statutory registration in the country where the business is established.
