The subject of the research project is to examine selected aspects of the procedures and methodology of the Federal Transport Infrastructure Planning and to propose further developments work.
MainSite: Place of performance for the services of the AN is the headquarters of the BMVI in Berlin, as far as the services are not to be performed by this contract or by their nature in a different place.

No. 2. Proof of occupational / professional liability
submission of a personal statement by the applicant (in the case of the suitability of the other company designated for this purpose), that the corresponding insurance is in place or has been taken out in the case and is maintained during the entire contract period (Form F2) Awarding takes place as a negotiated procedure with an upstream competition for entry.In the context of this notice, an application for participation is first requested. After completion of the competition, only the selected candidates will be invited to submit a first offer. Offers (information on performance, price calculations or others) are not to be presented in the course of the competition (see application conditions).
2) The award procedureis carried out electronically via the e-procurement platform of the BMI www.evergabe-online.de. The provision of participation tender documents as well as the communication between applicants / tenderers and the awarding authority are generally carried out via the e-procurement platform. Information about the e-assignment and the technical requirements for their use can be found at www.evergabe-online.info.
3) Questions of the applicants must be submitted in good time before the application deadline via the BMI e-procurement platform (as a registered user). Only questions that are necessary for the preparation of the application for participation will be answered. There is no answering questions regarding the content of the service description, which are not directly related to the aptitudestand by. The answers will be compiled in a timely manner and sent to all applicants via the BMI e-procurement platform.
4) The candidates selected according to section II.2.9 will then be invited to negotiate in individual interviews. Negotiations are expected to take place in the 44th week of 2019. (Indication without guarantee)
