In order to shape its innovation strategy, MOW Policy is looking for a partners who support it in this task.

The 3 pillars of the assignment include:

- Future exploration: We expect thorough analysis through a well-founded methodology on how mobility can change in the future and how these changes can have an impact on the future. way we move. We do this on the basis of working out possible future images,

- Develop a strategic multi-year plan (road map) with a concrete action plan to optimally respond to the rapidly changing future in a policy-oriented manner. This also includes the translation to the corresponding governance structures, organization and (cooperation models) to be able to take the step from vision to practice,

- Practice conversionin concrete projects. Developing, testing and making tangible products (prototypes, demos) available to MOW policy and the broad mobility sector to obtain permanent feedback from the (potential) users and to increase support for these innovations.

We wish this research and development trajectory to go through with all relevant parties (front runners) in de open innovation Vision group "Mobility of the Future". In this way, we want to get in touch with new visions, prototypes, ways of thinking, and various strategic projects (both within the government and outside) that can shape the future of mobility at an early stage. We also want the path that is followed to be an open process, with the results from the bottomsearch and the resulting demonstrations are visible and accessible to everyone (via guided tours, lectures, innovation sessions and more). In this way we want to broaden the support for these new forms of mobility.
