Attention:

Fulfillment of the condition of participation according to - 32 para. 1 pism. (e) the public procurement act shall be demonstrated by a group member only in respect of that part of the subject of the contract which it is intended to secure.

1)procurement (hereinafter referred to as IS EVO) on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk. The contracting authority shall not provide bidders with documentary evidence of competition. Details concerning the means of communication are given in the tender documents.

2) Communication between the contracting authority and the candidates / tenderers shall be carried out electronically by means of IS EVO, which shall ensure that the content is permanently captured if:it is not stated otherwise in the tender documents.

3) The end of deadlines in the case of electronic communication is from the date of sending / delivery of the message. Under the term delivery, when the message was delivered to the candidate / tenderer in IS EVO and not when the candidate / tenderer has read it.www.uvo.gov.sk

5) Compliance with the conditions of participation can be demonstrated by submitting a single European document pursuant to - 39 of the Public Procurement Act, while the documents proving fulfillment of the conditions of participation are submitted to the contracting authority in compliance with - 39 from. 6 of the Public Procurement Act within 5 working days from the date of delivery of the written invitation to deliver documents provingSetting the conditions for participation, unless the contracting authority does not specify a longer period.
