Evaluation of Spokesperson and Trustee Scheme in the Child Welfare Authorities

The assignment follows the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs` consultation note on proposals for a new Child Welfare Act, where the Ministry writes that they will initiate an evaluation of the current schemes with a spokesperson and trustee. The results of the evaluation will be included as part of the tender documentation in order to assess if there is a need for changes in the schemes that can strengthen children`s participation.
