Online Access Panel OAP Framework Agreement

GESIS intends to establish a framework agreement with a provider of an online access panel. Within the framework of the agreements, employees canconduct various online studies by GESIS. This includes both simple cross-sectional surveys with a few participants and large panel surveys with up to 20, 000 participants or experimental studies. Depending on the study, programming and hosting are either with GESIS or with the provider. The majority of online surveys at GESIS deal with social issuessciences and can include questions of content as well as methodological questions.

- Indication that project example 4 (panel survey) can be realized,

- Indication to which countries the offer applies,

- Indication of the number of working days that are usually required, between the award of a specific project and the start of the soft launch, wenn the questionnaire has already been programmed by GESIS,

- information about which languages the software of the provider can implement (ideally, all languages with Unicode support),

- information that a soft launch can be carried out regularly,

- information about the format a project can be exported (e.g. gpx),

- indication that GESIS has a non-exclusive right of reuse in the case ofSpecial programming of question types (e.g. ballot papers) is due. The program code required for replication (HTML / JavaScript) is part of the project documentation and can be published by GESIS for free or paid use without this resulting in a claim on the part of the provider (see template).
