Partnership for intelligent sensor innovation

The purpose of this consultation is research, development, prototyping and then the acquisition of intelligent sensors to qualify public space. The services are broken down intophases:

Transmission of the folds by electronic means on the buyer profile under the conditions fixed at the RC. The contract will be concluded either with a single service provider or with a group whose form is not compulsory. In case of joint grouping, the mandataire shall be united for the performance of the services covered by the public contract for each member of the group. Applicants are prohibited from submitting several offers for the public market by acting at the same time:

1) as individual candidates and members of one or more groups;

The MEL will negotiate the initial offers and all subsequent offers in order to improve the content with the exception of the final offers in the conditionsprovided for by the RC. This innovation partnership has passed to a provisional price for the acquisition phase.

The final prices for the acquisition phase are fixed according to the results obtained at the end of the research and development phase (phase n 1) under the conditions planned by the CCAP. Additional variable remuneration is provided in connection with the realization of the prest of this innovation partnership. This additional remuneration will be paid to the holder at the end of the research and development phase in the event of exceeding the objectives initially expected in terms of additional data integrated into the sensor to be built. Beyond the 5 data required and within the limit of 3 additional data, the holder may requestter the payment of additional remuneration per data, according to the amount appearing in the act of engagement. equal to 3 months.
