CPV Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to purchase high-speed sequencing services on behalf of CNRS-AMIS. This contract covers the purchase of high-speed sequencing services from a large number of complete genomes of old horses for the CNRS-FRIENDS. The service includes: the generation of DNA sequencing data on Illumina HiSeq3000 / 4000, HiSeqX One, HiSeqX Five, HiSeqX Ten and / or NovaSeq platforms from Illumina DNA library pools already established by the CNRS. the documents requested in Article IX.1 of the Rules of the consultation (RC n 19190 of 20.10.2019).

The CNRS reserves the possibility, in accordance with the diArticle R. 2161-4 of the Public Order Code, to examine the offers before the candidatures. Only candidates eligible to apply for public contracts and having sufficient professional, technical and financial capacities are admitted.
