The object of the contract is the selection of 4 experts dealing with the analysis of the financial condition of healthcare entitiescosts and indirect cost analysis in the healthcare system, as part of the project entitled "Maps of health needs Database of System and Implementation Analyzes" co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development.

Main Site: The services will be provided at the headquarters of the Employer at Miodowa St. 15 and ul.Grodzka 11 in Warsaw or in another place indicated by the Employer in Warsaw.

In order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure in the circumstances, okthose referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 and art. 24 paragraph 5 points 1, 2, 3, 4 of the PPL Act, the Employer requires the documents referred to in - 5 point 1, 4, 5, 6, 10 in connection with - 7 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26 July 2016 on the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the procurement procedure.

Amount of deposit required:

The Contractor is obliged to lodge a bid security within the time limit for submission of tenders set out in the Terms of Reference. 45 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law

The Employer envisages the use of so-called "reversed" procedure pursuant to Article 24aa of the Public Procurement Law
