The guidelines for traffic signal systems (RiLSA) have aThe FGSV`s R1 regulations are of great importance for traffic safety and the quality of traffic flow in the internal and external road network in Germany.

To ensure this in the future, RiLSA must respond to current transport needs and take up new research results and technologies.
