In achieving the goal of a emission-free building inventory, user behavior plays an important role. Various studies show that energy-saving user behaviorreduce the average energy consumption of buildings by up to 20%. For this purpose, the Wuppertal Institute has developed various strategies within the framework of the Zukunft Bau Project 17.15 "Development of a Strategy to Support the Energy-Saving Behavior of Users in Office and Administration Buildings"strategies were applied, optimized and evaluated at the BMU site, Robert-Schumann-Platz in Bonn.
