For the construction of an experimental platform for fluorescence lifetime imaging (fluorescence lifetime imaging, FLIM) and multimodal nonlinear microscopy, a laser scanning microscope including a laser source is spelled out. The device should be suitable for the automatic capture of xyzt FLIM data. The call includes an inverted microscope stand including two detectors for the detection of the signals of non-linear imaging techniques such as frequency doubling (second harmonicgeneration, SHG), multiphoton fluorescence and cohesive anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) as well as fluorescence lifetime imaging. Furthermore, the tender includes all the electronics for data acquisition, a computer for control of equipment, the installation and software.
