The subject of the tender is a scientific study on the development of a de-centralized energy system in the Federal Republic of Germany focusing on measures in Rhineland-Palatinate. Legal and organizational framework conditions as well as infrastruct
Legal and organizational framework conditions as well as infrastructural consequences are to be investigated. This is an optimized timetable tooa decentralized energy supply system that can be used as a blueprint for the energy supply of the future on the basis of regenerative regional energies. It is necessary to deal with fundamental issues in the following areas: - Strengthen and weaken a stronger decentralization of the German electricity and heat generation system, - inventory inventorydecentralized concepts / approaches, technical developments and actor structures,
- Comparison and evaluation of economic costs and value added effects in cross-sectoral systemic consideration,
- Exemplary optimization on the basis of three supply structures typical for Rhineland-Palatinate (energy honeycombs) with regard to the size of the balancing group, combination of productionand consumption, depiction how network expansion can be avoided by cost-efficient, safe and intelligent processes,
- organizational framework conditions of a more strongly decentralized electricity-heat-system,
- infrastructural consequences of a more strongly decentralized electricity-heat-system in the course of the upcoming award procedure to vcompleting task description (see tender specifications).
