The general objective of the present mission is to understand objectively (with the main actors concerned) the observed results of selective collection of waste from households, to identify the variables to act upon, the margins of improvement and, where appropriate, torecommendations to increase the collection rate.

Specific tasks of the mission are:

Part I: Objectiver the performance of the sorting of wastes by the Brussels households (sociology, urban characteristics, offers of collection, behavior) and to identify the tracks of improvement

Part II: Facilitating a multi-stakeholder group throughout the study

Special conditions:

The providermust be able to make itself understood and understand the French and Dutch speaking interlocutors both orally and in writing. The service provider writes in the language of his choice. The costs of translation into one or the other regional language are not at the expense of those mentioned in the expected stages of the specifications.

The realization of the study implies:

- agood organization,

- fast and efficient work,

- excellent oral and written communication skills in French and Dutch,

- excellent oral presentation skills, clear, synthesized and adapted to the listener,

- ability Synthetic and clear drafting to be read and understood,

- a guarantee of quality of services performed,

- a capacity of adaptation actedthe situation, - a steering of the study by a senior person with the qualities of experience and ability to manage the study team, and the content and organization of the study.
