You submit your application for the topic mentioned in Section II No. 1.1 via the federal tendering platform (www.evergabe-online.de); this requires registration. Signing is not required. If no invitation to tender has been submitted by 12.2.2019, your request to participate has not been considered; a notification is not made (on request you can provide information on the reasons of Nichtbersichtsichtureceived ng). By submitting the offer, the bidder is subject to the provisions on disregarded offers (- 62 VgV). German law is applicable.

Only bidders who have the necessary aptitude (technical knowledge and efficiency) for the fulfillment of the contractual obligations (-- 122 GWB, 44, 45, 46 VgV), and not acc. -- 123, 124 GWB auszusch(see also Section III, point 1.2). In deciding on the award, various criteria justified by the subject-matter of the contract are taken into account (- 58 (2) VgV (see Section II No. 2.5). The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economical offer, taking into account all circumstances; the lowest bid price alone is not decisive (- 127 GWB).

The waiver of a contract remains reserved.
