If your application for participation has not been considered, you will receive a message via the awarding platform. Upon request, you can obtain information about the reasons for disregard. Only bidders who have the necessary aptitude (technical knowledge and efficiency) for the fulfillment of the contractual obligations (-- 122 GWB, 44, 45, 46 VgV), and not acc. -- 123, 124 GWB are to be excluded (see also Section III, No. 1.2). When deciding on the contract, various d-- 50 (2) VgV (see Section II, No. 2.5), which is justified by the subject-matter of the contract. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economical offer, taking into account all circumstances; the lowest bid price alone is not decisive (- 127 GWB).
