Preparation service plan for the preparation of fertilization plans. - Preparation of methodologies for the preparation of fertilization plans.

1. The purpose of the services is to prevent soil soils and leaching of nutrients into water bodies based on scientificagrochemical studies to develop a methodology for the development of fertilization plans, on the basis of which it would be possible to calculate the optimum amount of fertilizers for different crops, soils and other conditions. In the course of the services, the supplier must analyze the experience of at least 3 European Union countries with climatic and farming conditions similar to that of Lithuania in the preparation of methodologies for the development of fertilization plans and fertilizersthe establishment of monitoring mechanisms for compliance monitoring; Provide preliminary estimates of the proposed fertilization plan (at 2018 prices) for farms, depending on the size of farms; submit a form for filling in the information necessary for the compilation of the fertilization plan and a sample of the fertilization plan drawn up thereunder; to provide formulas and algorithms for the calculation of fertilization rates, describing the terms and coefficients used in them, submit pProposals for the legal regulation of the methodology (more detailed requirements are set out in the terms of purchase).
