Research and development services and related consultancy services.

The purpose of this project is to substantiate the results of the MORO to create the foundations for a spatial observation system for adjacent areas. After the previous explorative networking of institutes and InstitutioA network for cross-border spatial observation is now to be established by the federal, state and regional authorities, and the methodological basis must be defined so that continuous reporting beyond a start-up period can be achieved. For this purpose, the information bases are to be improved in interaction with the statistical institutions of the Laender. The topics, which are defined in the Vorlaeuferprojekt as priority (commuters, services, labor market, etc.) are in the foreground. After the resulting nationwide interest in the first phase, this project will be extended to all German border regions.
