Based on the last years changes in the Arts Council Norway's subsidy schemes for literature, the Arts Council Norway needs knowledge on how the current schemes are working, how they work for various parts of the literature cycle, and how they contribute to the implementation of the literature political goals. Means are set aside for a research based review which shall be a solid foundation for the development of the literature policy instrument.

The research work has a financial frame of 2 000 000 NOK including VAT; 1 600 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The research work is requested completed by 1.12.2019. The completion of the actual publication will be prior to the research work. An extension of the delivery deadline can be considered, if valid reasons thereof are present.
