The core of the research project is the quality assurance of the data recorded in the ZEB 2019 and 2020, their evaluation and presentation. The taskcan be divided into the following areas a.) to n.):

a) Creation and maintenance of the flowchart

Presentation of the key data and the flow of all services in a flowchart.

b) Description of the basic data

c) Examination of the ZEB Basic data, possibly data correction by the countries

Checking of the ZEB basic data and MapInfo relations created by the countries.

D) Creation of subfor the collection

Access via the IT portal of the AN TP4.

e) Online data control

Provision of an online visualization service.

f) Quick check of the raw data for the 50% and 100% dates

Check of the collection performance of the AN TP 1 3.

g) Full inspection of the raw data at the 50% and 100% deadline

Verification of the detection performance of the AN TP 1 3.

h) Check of the front and TP3 surfaceilder

i) Network assignment

Assignment of geo-raw data to the order network by means of a standard program.

j.) Condition evaluation

Creation of the result files, calculation of the state variables and values

The condition assessment is based on the raw data and must be carried out using BASt's standard evaluation programs.

k.) Creation of the instant documentation

Presentation of the statistical evaluationResults of the respective ZEB annual measurement.

l.) Delivery of raw data, front and surface images

The front images are to be provided with a file name, which allows an assignment to the network by station information.

m.) Digital representation of the state variables and values

Generation of cumulative frequency diagrams and frequency distributions of the evaluation-relevant state variable

Visualization of condition data, state profiles and state bills.

n.) Preparation of annual and biennial documentation

Please note that the contract will only be awarded after the federal budget has been passed in 2018

The design of the submitted offers plays no role in the evaluation, the content is authoritative. Submitted documents (folders, presentation folders, etc.) will not be returned.

The Bieter has to prove that there is no ground for exclusion under - 123 GWB or - 124 GWB.

For this purpose he must submit a self-declaration in accordance with -- 123, 124 GWB (No. 5b, list of procurement and contract documents).

From an order value of The awarding authority will request an ex officio extract from the Central Trade Register of the Federal Office of Justice (in accordance with - 150a (1) No. 4 GewO)and evaluate it accordingly. This request will only be made to tenderers who qualify for an award decision.
