traffic jams can be used for the safety of the roadrepresent dangerous events. Timely information from road operators and warning the road users of dangerous traffic jams that occur has a high potential for improving traffic safety and traffic flow. The prerequisite is that such events can be reliably recognized. This is by stationary detection, as described by den road operators is operated only limited possible. The analysis of vehicle-generated data promises to provide a suitable alternative. For the public sector, the question arises as to what the nature or quality of vehicle-generated data must be for the detection of traffic jams for traffic management and traffic information purposes. These questionswas first investigated in the project FE 82.0637 / 2015 "Minimum requirements for currently available congestion end data and concept for their practical testing in a test field". Based on the fundamentals in FE 82.0637 / 2015, a practical test should now be developed, implemented and evaluated With the findings from the practical test, minimum requirements for congestion data should be validated as far as possibleIn the future, it will be possible for the public sector to procure commercially available congestion data via tenders. The requirements for the quality and service levels for their provision should be described for the congestion data to be procured.
The following services have to be provided in detail:
- Definition of the interests- Requirements for commercially available data required for traffic management and traffic information, - Preparation of a detailed concept for a practical test, - Preparation, execution and evaluation of a practical test, - Preparation of necessary service levels for the procurement of such data by the public sector current bank statement (not older than 3 months naPublic-sector bodies can prove their financial capacity by making a personal statement; AND
- A recent proof of existing occupational or personal liability insurance for personal, property and property damage over the entire duration of the research project Self-declaration, in which the BIn the event of the award of the contract, he confirms that he undertakes to take out professional or public liability insurance in the above-mentioned manner. The public authorities can prove the legal status by making a personal statement.
Please note that the contract will not be accepted until after the adoption of the federal budget8).
The tender must be in the form prescribed by the BASt tendering authority (Unit Z5) (see point 2, list of contract documents).
