Implementation of the Finnish section of the Program for the International Assesment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC II)

Procurement entities bid for an OECD-organized Second International Survey (Program for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC II) research project on the implementation of Finland's share. The research project will be implemented in 2018 in 2023. The research project will provide information on the competence of the adult adult learning disability and the related factors. The research project estimates the number and numeracy of 16 to 65 years of age and problem-solving skills.

The PIAAC II research project produces skills, learning and education, as well as the job market and the job market, internationally, providing comparative information to support learning and development of training and tyoeelaemaeae. The collection of the material of the research project by conducting interviews.

The supplier's factory idea is for implementation in Finland:

l) National and international preparatory actions of the OECD PIAAC II research project in co-operation with the international consortium;
