Information and documents requested in support of the candidatures: the tenderers can present their candidacy:

- either from forms DC1 and DC2 in their last version available, accessible on the portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance,

Economic operators can reuse a single European market document which has already been used in a previous procedure, provided that you confirm that the information contained therein is still valid and that this information is adapted to the requirements of the buyer.In support of their application, tenderers must compulsorily produce the following elements:

- DC1 print (or a letter of application - designation of the representative by his co-contractors) including in particular: a declaration on honor to justify that they do not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141 and L. 2341-1 and L. 2341-5 of the public procurement code. DanIf this is the case, candidates must ensure that they tick section F1 of the DC1 form,

- the DC2 print (or Declaration by the individual tenderer or by the member of the grouping) containing the information and documents for the purpose of verifying the fitness to exercise professional activity, economic and financial capacity. In support of his application, the tenderer must submit: the questionary promotion of diversity in the company, process of progress (appendix 3 to these consultation regulations), duly completed, the contact form, duly completed.

Additional details: when the tenderer comes in the form of a group, each member of the group must provide the above-mentioned documents and documents (DC2 and annexed documents), except for DC1 whichi must only be delivered by the group`s representative. If the tenderer relies on the capacities of other economic operators to present his candidacy, he justifies the capacities of this or these economic operators and provides proof that he will have them for the execution of the public contract. This proof can be provided by any appropriate means. If the group presents its candidAture in the form of an ESPD, each member of the grouping must provide a separate ESPD.
