Repairs, revisions and ITP needed to maintain the Dacia Duster brand cars in operation at the headquartersof the Dolj forestry division and its subunits.

According to the specifications. The minimum and maximum amounts for each service are not required. During the period of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will only acquire what is required.

A minimum of 4 consecutive contracts of up to 3 months each will be concluded.

The maximum value of a conetract = 149 598 RON.

Tenderers, supporting third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 59 60, 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: - - DUAE will be filled in, - - the declaration on non-compliance with art. 59 60 of Law 98/2016 by the participating economic operators(including potential third parties and subcontractors) with information related to their situation

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed completion by the DUAE and the declarations are to be submitted at the request of the contracting authority only by the bidder ranked I in the ranking intermediary prepared to complete bid evaluation.

Aceyou can be:

- certificates that show the lack of overdue debts, regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation,

the evaluation committee will consider the current documents submitted as follows:

- valid local tax certificate (according to the certificates on the certificate),

- certif(including the certificates submitted after the 25th of the month), - the criminal record of the economic operator and the amount of the debts due for the month before the month in which it was filed; members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator, or-those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constituent act, - where appropriate, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

The Evaluation Commission vto consider the criminal records as current if they are within the validity period of 6 months from the issue, - other editorial documents, as the case may be.

1) DUAE failure with bid (including associate / third party / subcontractort) draws its rejection as unacceptable; 2) failing to submit with the offer the firm commitment of the third party to support the actual manner in which its support or, as the case may be, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement, is the basis for requesting clarifications. 1: The economic operators submitting a bid must proveis a form of registration under the law of the country of residence which shows that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities covered of the contract.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: DUAE will be completed dto the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The price of the offer will be calculated by multiplying the maximum quantities / frame agreement with the offered unit prices which are stated in the form and in the tender book.

The contracting authority has the right to require tenderers, in exceptional circumstances, before the expiry of the period of validity of the offer, the extensionthis period. In case of extending the validity period of the offer, the validity period of the guarantee for participation will be extended accordingly. The tenderer has the obligation to communicate to the contracting authority whether or not he agrees to the extension of the offer's validity period. The bidder who disagrees with the extension of the offer's validity period is coit asserted that it withdrew its offer, without this losing the guarantee of participation. If the two or more economic operators whose offers have been declared legally, technically and economically-financially acceptable by the contracting authority have offered the lowest equal prices, the contracting authority will only request those deputiesThe economic operators have the right to improve the previously offered price, and the offer containing the new lowest price will be declared winner. If there are objections to the draft contract, ie changes to the contract clauses or the addition of new clauses, any proposals for modification / completion / deletion of contractual clauses will be formulated in writing with justifications and will be forwarded to the contracting authority respecting the deadlines stipulated by art. 161 of Law 98/2016. Fillbad and DUAE filing in xml (or PDF) format is required even if the bidders have submitted some qualification documents that prove the fulfillment of the requirements with the SEAP offer.
