1. The ordering party does not specify any condition in this respect.

2. Contractors should show no grounds for exclusion from art. 24 sec. 1 and par. 5 points 1, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Public Procurement Law by submitting: - Uniform European Order Document (EAT), to be filled in at the address andnternet: https://www.uzp.gov.pl/__data/assets/pdf_file/0015/32415/Instrukcja-wypelniania-JEDZ-ESPD.pdf,

- information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act and, regarding conviction for offense to custody, to the extent specified by the Employer pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5 points 5 and 6 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months beforeed by the deadline for submission of tenders, - a certificate from the competent head of the tax office confirming that the Contractor is not in default of paying taxes, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of bids or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent tax authority repayment of these receivables together with any interestfines, in particular obtained the legally required exemption, postponement or payment in installments of overdue payments or suspension in full of the decision of the competent authority, - a relevant certificate of the organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or Agricultural Social Insurance Fund or other document confirming that the Contractor does not he is in defaultsocial security or health insurance premiums, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of tenders, or other document confirming that the Contractor has concluded an agreement with the competent authority regarding repayment of such receivables with possible interest or fines, in particular obtained the legally required exemption, postponement or spreading into installmentspayments - or exclusion in full of the execution of the decision of the competent authority, - a copy from the relevant register or central records and business information, if separate regulations require entry in the register or records, to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act, - the Contractor`s statement that he has not been issued with a valid onea court order or final administrative decision on default of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or - in the event of such a judgment or decision - documents confirming the payment of such claims together with any interest or fines or a binding agreement on repayments receivables, - statements - Wykthe Bidder on the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders, - Contractor`s statement that the final judgment of the conviction court for imposing a restriction of liberty or a fine in the scope specified by the Awarding Entity under Art. 24 sec. 5 points 5 and 6 of the Act, - Contractor`s statement on not paying taxes andlocal fees, referred to in the Act of 12.1.1991 on local taxes and charges (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1785 with later amendments),

- Contractor`s statement on belonging to or lack of affiliation to this the capital group itself; in the case of belonging to the same capital group, the Contractor may submit together with the declaration documents or information confirming that connections with otherm The Contractor does not lead to distortion of competition in the proceedings.

Cd. in part VI.3) Additional information

In terms of economic or financial situation, the Contractor must demonstrate that:

1) has financial resources or creditworthiness in the amount not less than PLN 800, 000.00 (say: eight hundred thousand zlotys, 00) 100) separately for each task,

2) has current insurance against responsibilitycivil liability in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order for an insurance sum not less than PLN 800, 000.00 (one eight hundred thousand zlotys, 00/100) separately for each task, - for Contractors submitting a joint offer conditions specified in point 1) and 2) can be met in total.

I. Foreign performers:

1) in the scope of par. 5 point 1 of the Ordinance, submit andinformation from the relevant register or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative body of the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence is the person concerned by the information or document, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 and par. 5 points 5 and 6 of the Act;

2) in the scope of par.5 points 2-4 of the Regulation - submit a document or documents issued in the country in which the Contractor has a registered office or place of residence, confirming that: a) he is not in arrears with taxes, fees, social security or health insurance contributions or that he has concluded an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of such receivables with any interest or fines, in particularand obtained legally required exemption, postponement or spreading into installments of overdue payments or suspension in full of the decision of the competent authority, - b) its liquidation was not opened or bankruptcy was announced; - 3) documents referred to in point. 1) and point 2) sub-point b), should be issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders. Document about which pabove (point 2) sub-point a), it should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline;

4) if in the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence has the person the document relates to, it does not appear documents referred to in point 1) and point 2), shall be replaced by a document containing a statement from the Contractor, indicating the personlbo persons authorized to represent it, or a statement of the person to whom the document was to be related, submitted to a notary or before a judicial, administrative or professional self-regulatory or economic authority competent for the Contractor`s seat or place of residence or place of residence. Provision of -7 para. 2 of the Regulation shall apply accordingly;

5) in the casedoubts as to the content of the document submitted by the Contractor, the Employer may apply to the competent authorities of the country in which the Contractor has his registered office or the place of residence has the person concerned, to provide the necessary information regarding this document;

6) Contractor registered office on the territory of the Republic of Poland, with reference tomay reside outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to which the document referred to in - 5 point 1 of the Regulation applies, submit the document referred to in - 7 para. 1 point 1 of the Regulation, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1, items 14 and 21 of the Act.

If in the country where the person whose document was to be residing in the place of residence does not appear such documents are replaced bya document containing a statement of that person submitted to a notary or to a judicial, administrative or professional body competent for the place of residence of that person. The provision of - 7 para. 2 first sentence of the Regulation shall apply accordingly;

7) in case of doubts as to the content of the document submitted by the Contractor, the Ordering Party may returnto the competent authorities of the country in which the person concerned is domiciled, for providing the necessary information regarding this document.

II. Ad. to IV.2.6) The minimum period for which the bidder will be bound by the offer:

In this procedure, the period of binding with the offer is 60 days from the date of submitting bids.

The contracting authority envisages using the procedure - in accordance with art. 24aa uPzp.
