The contract concerns the firefighting system equipment service, already approved, on approximately 250 TSR convoys of the Trenord srl fleet as regulated by the technical specifications and according to

DGUE;

b) the competitors declare the registration in the commercial register of the Chamber of Commerce or in a similar registry of the country of origin (if foreign entrepreneur) from whichit appears that the company operates in a sector similar to the one covered by this call for tenders, by filling in the enclosed CCIAA form.

b) suitable declarations issued by at least 2 banking institutions operating in the EU, showing that the competitor has fulfilled his commitments with regularity and punctuality, as well as the overall financial solidity of the subject.

The assignment will take placea per single lot. It is the faculty of economic operators to make an offer for both lots, however each economic operator may, as a rule, only be assigned one lot. The assignment of both lots to the same economic operator can take place when the conditions that will be explained in the subsequent request for quotation occur.The fire prevention system is borne by the contractor together with the components dismantled from the trains if of interest to the client.

The disposal of all the replaced materials will be the responsibility of the contractor.

After the award, the client reserves the right to plan process / system audits, for the purpose of proving the technical capacity requirements, annexo purpose of verifying the actual possession of the declared requirements.

If the results of the audits are negative, it will be up to Trenord srl to determine the revocation of the award.

To participate in the tender procedure, the economic operators concerned must register in advance on the portal ; to this end, they must follow the instructions available on the home page of the portale same or as indicated in the document attached to this procedure; registration and subsequent authorization allow the economic operator to access the section dedicated to this tender; with access to this section, each economic operator will be able to:

- view the tender documentation,

- send requests for clarification,

- submit their offer.

La contracting authority excludes candidates or competitors in the event of failure to comply with the provisions of the current laws, as well as the existence of the circumstances provided for by art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments; are further grounds for exclusion: the unnecessary course of the regularization period granted by the contracting authority pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments; the existence of essential non-remediable irregularities such as deficiencies in the documentation that do not allow the identification of the content and the person responsible for it; likewise, offers not complying with the provisions of the tender documents whose observance is envisaged will be excluded. Trenord srl reserves the right to exclude offersformulated by superabundant groupings if the methods of incorporation of the group reveal anti-competitive profiles. tender and will in any case be treated in such a way as to guarantee its confidentiality and securitysafe storage.

In compliance with the provisions of art. 1, paragraph 32, of Law 190/2012, the contracting authority will publish on its institutional website the information relating to the participation requests relating to the execution of this procedure.

The costs for publication in the Official Journal of this call tenders are reimbursed to thecontracting station by the successful tenderer within 60 days of the award: for this purpose Trenord srl will invoice the successful tenderer and this billing can be compensated with the payments due to the successful tenderer for the performance of the contract.
