Repair and maintenance services.

Servicemanagement Lausitz

Implementation of the mechanical repair of and on hydraulic engineering systems for water lifting, water purification and drainage, flooding facilities and traffic structures (bridges / culverts ). These repair measures are teto plan, carry out and supervise in a technically and technically responsible manner.

Main Site: DE406 Dahme-Spreewald

- organization repair of centrifugal and submersible pumps,

- pump diagnosis (among other things centrifugal, soiled and waste water pumps as well as station-related submersible pumps),

- reconditioning or ordering new defective components and preparing annual reports,

- Mechanical repair of and on hydraulic engineering systems for water lifting, water purification and water drainage.

Flooding facilities:

- Bridge tests,

- Mechanical repair of traffic structures (bridges / culverts).

The following information and formalities, which qualify and permit the pursuit of a profession according to - 44 Evidence of VgV is required and must be provided by the bidder with dTo submit an offer (631-EU point 3.1):

- Entry in the professional and commercial register or other evidence of the permitted professional activity. Foreign-language documents must be accompanied by a certified translation.

The following evidence / details / documents showing the financial and economic performance Evidence is required and must be submitted by the bidder with the offer (631-EU point 3.1):

- (- 42 paragraph 1 VgV) declaration that there are no exclusions according to -- 123 and 124 GWB (law against restrictions on competition),

- (- 45 paragraph 1 No. 1 VgV and - 45 paragraph 4 No. 4 VgV) declaration about the total turnover of the last 3 business years (indication per year),

- (- 45 paragraph 1 No. 1 VgV and - 45 paragraph 4 No. 4 VgV) declaration about the turnover in the activityarea of the order for the last 3 business years (information per year).

As a preliminary proof of suitability, the template,

- a uniform European self-declaration (EEE) according to - 50 VgV or,

- the respective number of the bidder in the generally accessible Lists of the pre-qualification database for the delivery and service area of DIHK e. V. (Prequalification Directory) bzw.,

- the self-declaration according to form 124_LD is accepted.

The following additional information and explanations are required and must be submitted by the bidder with the offer (631-EU point 3.1):

- general information of the economic operator on SMEs: yes / no (Small business, small business or medium-sized business as defined in Commission Recommendation 2003/361 / EC)ice that the applicant is not due to unreliability i.S. - 123 GWB is to be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure, if necessary an extract from the Federal Central Register or an equivalent document from a competent judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin is requiredCertificate of objection from the employer's liability insurance association or equivalent certificate.
