Item no. 1: The overall scope of regular inspections of machinery and equipment, measurement and control, electrical equipment and control systems in heating stations, heat transfer stations and jettiesthe halls of the centralized heat storage facility for a period of 48 months will be included in the tender documents. 2: The total extent of repair and troubleshooting of machinery, measuring and control equipment, technological equipment of measuring points of specified measuring instruments, electrical equipment in the heat exchangers, distributions, branch shafts and heat transfer stationsThe fulfillment of the conditions of part-time may be evidenced by the Single European Document (hereinafter referred to as "JED") within the meaning of - 39 of the Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. on Public Procurement and on Amendment to Certain Laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as ZVO). Only the one who meets the conditions of the lesson may be the one who succeeds in doing soas well as the personal status defined in the provision of Section 32, par. 1 ZVO.

2. The proof of fulfillment of the conditions pursuant to - 32 par. 1 ZVO:

2.1.In the case of persons entered in the list of economic subjects (ZHS) according to - 152 of the GVO, they meet the conditions of the person's status by entering information into the ZHS or by submitting a valid certificate of entry into the ZHS, all documents necessary to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with Article 32 (2) of the FVO applicable at the time of the award of the public procurement, shall submit such documents in the request for participation.

2.2.Payee who is not entered in the ZHS pursuant to - 152 he / she shall prove that he / she fulfills the conditions of his / her personal status by documents in accordance with - 32 par. 2 ZVO.

3. If you are interested in a site, a place of business alor usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of his place of business or place of business does not issue any of the documents mentioned in point 2.2 above or does not issue or equivalent documents, may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the regulations in force in his or her place of business or place of business or usual residence .

2.) Tenders, designs and other documents and documents in public procurementand documents proving that all the conditions for participation have been fulfilled) must be submitted in the Slovak language (hereinafter referred to as "SJ"). Where the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be accompanied by its official translation into the SJ; it does not apply for documents and documents prepared in Czech. On the cover of the request for participation, the interested person will provide the following information:

(i) businessname and address / place of business of the entrepreneur or business name and place of business of all members of the group of suppliers; (ii) "Proclamation - Request to Participate - Do Not Open", (iii) Password Markup "Regular Examinations and Corrections".

4.) As this is a narrower competition, in accordance with the law on public procurement, the invitation to tender will be sent only to selected enthusiasts, -who have met the conditions of part time. Within the scope of that procedure, the procuring entity shall not invite the person who has requested to participate in the tender. The tender can be submitted only by the interested party invited by the contractor to submit the tender.

5.) Since the fields reserved for indicating the conditions for the participation of the Economic and Financial Status and Technical or Professional Qualifications in this Notice are limited by the maximumthe Procurer submits the conditions for participation in a separate document entitled "Terms of Utility", which is published in the profile of the Procurer.

6.)
