III.1.1) Conditions for participationin public procurement concerning personal status pursuant to -32 of the Public Procurement Act. Personal Status

1.1 Only those who meet these conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 2.1.2 The applicant can prove the financial and economicthe financial resources of another person, regardless of their true relationship. According to the second sentence, the applicant proves the fact by a written contract concluded with the person whoseto show their financial and economic position. The written contract must give rise to an obligation on the part of the person to provide performance for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove financial and economic status must demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in relation to personal status, with the exception of - 32 para. 1 pism. 1. The subject public procurement is carried out according to - 66 par. 7 ZVO
