The purpose of this framework agreement is the routine maintenance and repair of collective playgrounds and recreational sports equipment in the municipality de Montfermeil.

The purpose of this framework agreement is routine maintenance and repairs to the areas ofux collective and recreational sports equipment (sports facilities) of the town of Montfermeil, in order to maintain these facilities in good condition, in compliance with standards and regulations in force. Playgrounds can be located in early childhood structures, schools, leisure centers and green spaces. This framework agreement is concluded for a dfor one year from 1.1.2021 and renewable three times tacitly for one year without the total duration of the framework agreement being able to exceed four years. The contract is a framework single-award agreement with purchase orders concluded for a maximum annual order amount of 120, 000 EUR (excluding VAT). A site visit is mandatory. The site visit will take place between 7.9.2020 and 11.9.2020. No other visit will be organized. Applicants must first contact the municipal technical services (tel 33 141707042). The representatives of the contracting authority will indicate to them the possible dates, the time slots, the meeting place and will prepare the documents relating to this visit. A visit certificate will then be given to the candidates. He mustra must be attached to the offer under penalty of rejection.

Advance: guarantee on first request. Funding is provided by the municipal operating section budget. Payment by administrative mandate at thirty days. In the event of an overdraft, payment of default interest (ECB rate increased by eight points) and a recovery indemnity of 40 EUR. Before notification, the contracting authority will inform the tenderer that its tender has been accepted and that it is the contractor. The tenderer will have a period of seven days from receipt to provide the documents requested by the contracting authority.
